Private Swimming Lessons at the Ciccotti Center are a great opportunity to learn new swimming skills, develop strokes, on top of stroke refinement. Private lessons are one-on-one for 30 minutes. Semi-private are one-on-two for 30 minutes long.

Our adult group swim lessons provide a supportive and engaging environment for all skill levels. Led by certified instructors, our small group classes ensure personalized attention. You’ll progress through a structured curriculum designed for adults, building confidence and essential swimming skills in a fun and interactive way.

The Aquatic Center at CDPHP® Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center in Albany offers a variety of exciting features and aquatic programs including:
Lap Pool Hours:
Monday- Friday 5:30am-7:30pm
The Lap pool is open for 30-minute reservations. All reservations can be made over the phone, in person, or using our app
In addition to reservations, we also offer times for open swim in Lap Lane 3 – no reservation is required. Open Swim in Lap Lane 3 is on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30-7:30am and Friday evenings from 5:30pm-7:30pm. There is no time limit for how long a member may swim during the open swim time. Members perform “circle swim”; using a counterclockwise rotation of the lane in use. The center reserves the right to limit the number of participants in the swim lanes and pools for the safety of our members. It is a 3-member maximum. Wait times may occur.
The Spa is open for members’ use only.
Our Aquatic Center Rules
Certified lifeguards provide safety and supervision for this area. Parents are required to be in the water when their children are under the age of 9. One adult can watch up to four children as appropriate. Children ages 9 through 11 must have a parent watching them from the pool deck if that parent will not be in the water. Children ages 12 and up do not require adult supervision to be in the aquatics center.
Please note that our lifeguards are here for everyone’s safety, but supervision is the responsibility of the parents.
