A 45-minute class that blends yoga, ballet, and Pilates. This low-impact workout is designed to challenge your lower body strength and provide a great upper body workout using light weights. The class concludes with floor work and core exercises. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

Pool

Get your blood pumping without the sweat. Bring a floatation belt or use a noodle. We are running, hurdling, and pumping barbells all without the impact of the floor. Intermediate to Advance

Age Right

Gymnasium

Fun, low impact class that includes low impact aerobic exercise, balance, strength, and core exercises.  Chairs are provided to assist with balance and to allow members to complete the workout either standing or seated. Tuesdays have additional 15 minutes of core at the end.
