Intertwines poses of Yoga, Pilates, and movements of Ai Chi using natural resistance, yet water support for ease of movement to increase ROM, improve balance and postural alignment. Beginner to Advance.
Fun, low impact class that includes low impact aerobic exercise, balance, strength, and core exercises. Chairs are provided to assist with balance and to allow members to complete the workout either standing or seated. Tuesdays have additional 15 minutes of core at the end.
