Come and explore a new “next step’ opportunity to expand your yoga skills! After working hard at Gentle Chair Yoga, you might feel, you are ready to progress to some new learning. In Standing Yoga, there is no floor mat work…merely standing! Props are used: belts, blocks, the wall and chairs. Standing modifications of yoga poses will be practiced. So come and explore! Bring your water too!
