An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

Yoga meaning union, is the beautiful connection of the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is so much more than just postures and asanas. Yoga includes mudras (hand gestures), mantras (affirmation chanting), movement and meditation… and even more. This class will weave the various tools of yoga into a one-hour session. Various themes will be introduced based on the seasons, weather, student requests, and teacher choice. Some classes may include a flow, some may not. Intermediate, but beginner and advanced options will be offered.
