One of the best ways to begin our day is with mindful movement and meditation. Through this gentle flow, students will be encouraged to find their own inner bliss through the use of their conscious breath, purposeful movement, and quiet or active meditation. Various themes will be woven into the classes based on the seasons, weather, student requests, and teacher choice. Beginner to intermediate.
